Fadi Caledit
CEO
Mr. Caledit has over 20 years of management experience in the European real estate market. Prior to founding Osmose in 2018, Mr. Caledit co-founded Inovalis in 1998 a European leader in privately owned real estate fund management.
Within Inovalis, in 2008, Mr. Caledit founded a project development team, in 2013, became Chairman of Adyal, a large property and facility management company and major player in the real estate market in France.
In 2014, Mr. Caledit was nominated as Managing Director of Advenis, a 450 people multi real estate business covering: wealth management, asset management, regulated funds management & development.
Today, as CEO of Osmose, he will oversee real estate activities of the group for France and will contemplate expansion opportunities in Germany, Spain & Italy. He will benefit from his experience in the German & Italian markets which he developed for Inovalis between 2003 and 2008.
Mr. Caledit graduated with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from CNAM University in Paris.
