Shiva Barimani
Head of Asset Management
Shiva joined Osmsoe in 2022 as Head of Asset Management. She has over 20 years of expertise in construction and real estate development.
Civil engineer, she worked at Bouygues Construction and Eiffage Construction as Projet Manager and has extensive a solid experience on this sector.
Before joining OSMOSE, Shiva led several complex operations in France as Real Estate Manager of Immochan (Ceetrus). She notably participated to a concession project “Transformation de la Gare du Nord”
Today, as Head of Asset Management, she leads a four-member team inspired by a strong asset management and construction culture.
Shiva is a graduate of Polytechnique School of Teheran and EIVP, with a specialization in Concrete Structure from CHEC.
