Antoine Duminy
Managing Director
Mr. Duminy has over 8 years of management experience, primarily in banking and strategy consulting. Prior to co-founding Osmose in 2018, Mr. Duminy was a senior consultant within A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm that focuses on strategic and operational issues advising businesses, governments and institutions around the globe.
Mr. Duminy also held several management positions in Strategy & Finance with the HSBC Group, including oversight of a $2bn revenue generating program and stress testing for HSBC France’s investment banking division.
Mr. Duminy specialized in banking & private equity advisory, supporting clients in strategy definition and process redesign. In 2017, he notably conducted sell-side strategic due diligence work which led to successful exits in Real Estate & Construction for targets valued up to $1.6bn.
Today, as Managing Director of Osmose, he will be in charge of business development, investor relations, financial reporting and product definition.
Mr. Duminy graduated with a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP-Europe, with specializations in Corporate & Markets Finance in Paris and International Consulting from Cornell University in New-York.
